McKesson – Personalized Web Portal
With a strategic focus on customer retention, McKesson turned to us to help create and maintain an engaging customer experience. The goal? To help the sales team build upon relationships with existing customers using content and product information targeted to their specific product set. The experience began with a personalized URL (PURL) hand-delivered to each customer. Each PURL contained the customer’s name, demonstrating McKesson’s commitment to customer service with unique one-to-one personalization. Customers logged into their individual web portal to discover news and information specifically tailored to their needs, opening a new dialogue with their sales person and offering a continually updated resource to guide their future engagement with McKesson.
