The eBook generated 271 sales leads in the first week we promoted it and helped exceed the initiative’s entire lead generation goal by more than 40% in just six weeks.

WEDC – “Define Your More” Campaign – Integrated Marketing Program, Midsize Business

Business is booming in Wisconsin. But talent – especially millennial workers – is in higher demand and shorter supply than ever. To help Wisconsin stand apart in the race to attract workers, we helped the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation make our state more attractive than any other.

Research showed that millennials aren’t looking for any one thing in particular when considering moving for a job – they’re looking for everything. So the Define Your More campaign highlighted that millennials can get more of everything they’re looking for in Wisconsin.

And it worked. Post-campaign research showed that 83% of millennials indicated they’d be willing to move to Wisconsin for a job in 2019 versus just 68% in 2018 before the campaign started.
