WEDC – “Define Your More” Campaign – Integrated Marketing Program, Midsize Business

When business was booming in Wisconsin, talent – especially millennial workers – was in higher demand and shorter supply than ever. To help Wisconsin stand apart in the race to attract workers, we helped the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation make our state more attractive than any other.

Research showed that millennials weren’t looking for any one thing in particular when considering moving for a job – they’re looking for everything. So the Define Your More campaign highlighted that millennials can get more of everything they’re looking for in Wisconsin.
